Germany May Be The Next Country To Legalize Marijuana For Medical Use

German minister stated on Tuesday this week that Germany is drafting a bill to legalize cannabis for medicinal purposes by early next year.

Germany is joining other countries around the world who are allowing the use of medicinal marijuana to ease the symptoms from cancer, HIV or AIDS, glaucoma and other serious conditions.

The government stressed that cannabis would only be available to patients from a pharmacy with a prescription.

Supporters are expecting the law to be in full force by the spring of 2017.
